How to Use our
Shop Canada Online Service

Simply order online and follow the directions below

Step One

Shop at your favorite online store or website in Canada

 

Once you reach Checkout, enter your name and the information below as your shipping address:

*Note: Remember that there are certain items that cannot be sent by air due to government regulations and we may need to open the package to confirm this. These regulations are found under Important Notice at the bottom of this page. â€‹

Step Two

Ship your package to us

 

Have your package delivered to us using the default shipping option listed by the Canada shopping website or online retailer (i.e. Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Purolator, etc.). Once your order goes through, note the tracking information, if provided.

Step Three

Send us your Shop Online order Information

After your order is completed and shipped, please send us the details of your order and recipient information by completing our Shop Online Order Information Form.

You can also email us at  customerservice@johnnyaircargo.ca  with the details of your purchased items. Please be sure to include (1) your name, (2) the order tracking number, (3) the item description, (4) your contact address, and (5) contact number, as well as (6) your intended recipients name, address, and contact information in the Philippines.

It is IMPORTANT that you immediately forward these shipping details. This way, we will be able to send your package to the Philippines without any delay. 

Step Four

We receive your order and deliver it to you in the Philippines

​

When we receive your package, we will send you an email with your receipt of the shipping cost to the Philippines that will also include your Johnny Air Cargo tracking information.  You can then pay online by using our convenient Pay Now option here. Or let us know if you prefer to pay COD Philippines so we can tag your item accordingly.

Generally, it takes about 5 to 7 business days for your order to reach our office in Toronto and another week to 10 days from Toronto to Metro Manila or the Provinces from our next flight date.

Once your package arrives in the Philippines, our Johnny Air Cargo branch there will contact your recipient to let them know that the package is ready for pick up or delivery.  You can also track your package by using our convenient Padala Tracker.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: ​

 

Johnny Air Cargo Canada Inc. and its customers are required to adhere to the Philippines, Canada, and other laws regulating export trade and shipping. Johnny Air Cargo Canada Inc. STRICTLY PROHIBITS shipments in any form of firearms/ammunitions, parts and accessories thereof (even with legal permits), hazardous materials, contraband, counterfeit merchandise and illegal drugs. In addition, Johnny Air Cargo Canada Inc. does not accept shipment of any goods requiring the issuance of a permit, certificate or other authorization required under the Export and Import Permits Act (EIPA) by the Trade Controls Bureau, the Export Controls Division (TIE) of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada (DFATD), the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC), or any other related regulatory agency unless, at the time the cargo is tendered, it is accompanied by all necessary licenses and other documentation. Customers are required to provide Johnny Air Cargo Canada Inc. with true and accurate information regarding product descriptions and values. Johnny Air Cargo Canada Inc. reserves the right to open all shipments to determine conformance to the above requirements. The customer must ensure that their goods meet all requirements under the law. Failure to do so could result in fines, detention or seizure of the goods by the CBSA. In addition to the above regulations, the customer needs to conform with the Philippine Bureau of Customs regulated, restricted, and prohibited list as indicated in https://customs.gov.ph/prohibited-restricted-importations/.  By placing cargo with Johnny Air Cargo Canada Inc., the customer agrees to all of the above restrictions and conditions, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Johnny Air Cargo Canada Inc. for any fines, penalties, forfeitures or other costs arising from the customer’s failure to comply with these requirements.
